How to use
Hold the peach shape capsule, twist and tear off the capsule gently. Squeeze the essence out of the capsule into your palm. Use your finger tip to gently apply the essence on chest and breast(to avoid sensitive parts of the chest).
Step1: Locate the points between your first and second chest rib bones below your armpits,then press down for 5-8 seconds.(refer to pictures above)
step2: Massage your breast gently, using your finger tips to spread out the essence in circular upward motion for 2-3 minutes.
